Heidi's dance recital

Heidi was sooo excited to dance up on a stage, her recital was super cute

During dress rehearsal, she wanted me to take a picture of her little wings.  Heidi is here on the end.

This picture was taken right after curtain call where all the dancers came out.  As soon as it was over she popped that thumb in her mouth.

Weeks before the recital Heidi started talking about getting a purple flower after dancing.  I think she got the idea from a ballerina movie or book...but instead of getting a real flower I thought a silk one would hold up better.  She was so happy, and her teacher gave all the girls real flowers.

Still dancing once we got home - she was so proud of herself for finally getting her feet into position one!
