So - it started snowing Saturday around 11am....on our way home from Skyler's swimming lesson. And it hasn't stopped. We had church cancelled Sunday, Monday was a holiday so no school, and school's been cancelled every day since. And we already got the call for tomorrow - Friday. It's been a long week!
On our way to sled on day #1...maybe not the best Sunday activity but we had spent the morning watching The First Vision together and the kids were pretty excited.
Heidi and I headed home early since she was tired. She undressed herself saying she was hot, probably from the long walk and hiking up the hill so many times to sled.
Wanted to feel the snow without gloves on
She didn't want a picture taked until her "snowman Daddy" had a hat
"You my good snow daddy..."
"You be OK? I come back to check on you."
Day #2
We had about 8-9 inches, this was Monday. By Thursday we had about 15 inches.

Day #3 - spray bottles with colored water kept Heidi busy for 11 minutes. She came in to cold to play very long since she'd taken her gloves off to squirt the water easier.
Kept the boys busy for about 45 minutes. They were trying to color the snowflakes before they hit the ground.
Day #5-Thursday. Open door, scoop freshly fallen snow (it was coming down so fast!)
Add snow cone syrup
And enjoy!

Oh my gosh!!! That is so much snow for Seattle. Are you dying of cabin fever yet?
I can't believe how much snow you got. I can't wait to have enough so we can play in it.
