Just as dinner was finishing and I was starting to think about family home evening Colt announced "Tickets! Get your tickets for the magic show!" He started handing out tickets he'd made each of us and directed us to sit on the couch. We obeyed. He started out by performing some disapearring tricks with Skyler's toys and then pulled Roo from his hat. The funniest part was when he had the toy drill going in one hand and his magic wand in the other. It reminded me of the magicians who "saw" people in half- I couldn't stop laughing. Then he turned his back and Sklyer jumped up to take over. As you can see that didn't go over so well. Colt felt bad for making Skyler cry so he announced Skyler was the new magician and took a turn sitting with Dad. It was nice we didn't have to ask him to take turns and share. All in all it was a very fun and entertaining family night, thank you for planning it Colt!

I just love spontaneous kid shows! How cute - aren't you glad you took pictures? :) And isn't it nice when they finally start working some problems out themselves? You've taught them well. :)
