I took the kids to a blueberry farm yesterday....they were great little pickers! Skyler was the highest-yielding picker, keeping to his own bush and working fast.

Colt was most concerned about which blueberries were the healthiest. He only wanted to pick the darkest ones, sure that they were the healthiest. I told him to stick with the biggest ones, he was a slow but steady picker - wandering from bush to bush picking just the premium ones from each.

Heidi was great, excpet that her obsession with everything "baby" and small took several minutes at the end of me throwing out all the tiny green berries she'd picked. Once in awhile I'd hear "Daddy! Daddy!" as she'd find a big berry. There were also "Mommy" and "Brother" berries. Oh, and she'd collected lots of special leaves too.
