We did leaf rubbings one morning - then Skyler drew me this sweet picture of us hugging each other, you can see the pink heart above us. He even wrote "Mom" on it..... and Heidi was happy to do just what brother was doing....
She insisted I sit by her and draw on one half of the page. If i stopped she handed me another crayon and pointed to her paper. She loves to color! I remember at her age both boys were nuts for Blues Clues and would carry a little notebook around with a crayon - everywhere. Well, the other day I found her with a little notebook and crayon she'd jimmied out of the baby-proofed art drawer. She doesn't watch Blues Clues so it was cute to see her following in her brother's footsteps.
