Today Colt and Skyler were waiting at the front door for Colt's school bus. I was doing dishes right next to them and heard/saw this exchange: Colt to Skyler "when I'm at school you can play with all my toys, play instruments, read books, watch movies...." Skyler "Ok, Tolt (Colt)"
Bus pulls up; Colt to Skyler "let me give you a kiss goodbye" they kissed on the lips, Skyler to Colt "Bye Sweetie!"
That's when I stepped in for my kiss, have a good day ect. and wave to the bus - at least today they were getting along!

I guess they've come a long way since Colt's growling at every mention of the new baby. I'm sure they will be totally embarrassed by this story in 15 years when you're sharing it with one of their girlfriends.
