Interesting Comments

This morning while letting Tom sleep in I had some interesting conversations with my kids:

Me "Skyler, I'm going to make oatmeal for breakfast!"
Skyler "I don't like oatmeal"
Me "I like oatmeal"
Skyler "Well your a girl."

Colt "Mom, what do armadillos eat?"
Me "Um, worms?"
Colt "Your driving me nuts."

Colt "I'm late to school!"
Me "There's no school until Wednesday."
Colt "It's Wednesday!"
Me "No, it's Monday- a holiday. The schools are closed and your teacher is probably watching a movie"
Colt "No, she wants to teach me."
