Friday we headed to a park down in Bothell. The kids played for awhile and had lunch. Then we walked 1.5 miles to another park - this path is called "The Slew" and starts in Redmond -I'm not sure how far it goes but follows the river and is pretty busy with bikes and joggers. The kids were great about staying to the right and sang several versions of "The Ants go Marching."

The trip to the next park was easy - but once there I kept Heidi swinging to rest her little legs. I knew it would be a long walk back - she did pretty good though I had to carry her up a few hills. Her 4 hour afternoon nap was well earned!
