My kids today

A few things I'll forget about if I don't write them down: Colt: I took him his antibiotic today during school and he said "my teacher had an exploding head so now we have a substitute." After school today: "Mom, I've decided not to go to school tomorrow so I can help you pack for Grandma's." (we're taking a day trip to Poulsbo on Friday- had to decline the help since we aren't really packing anything) Heidi: at dinner pretending her orange slices were trains while loudly making the sounds "choo-choo!" Skyler: he figured out how to whistle today - which made Colt jealous since he's been trying for years. Skyler whistled for 1/2 hour straight just because he could... and while there's nothing wrong with whistling is does get a little tiring to listen to after awhile.
