New Home
This is the home we will close on August 1st! Things have gone so smoothly these past 4 weeks. We decided to maybe sell our condo the last Sunday of May. Met with our Realtors that next Tuesday, moved 1/2 our home into storage the next few days and listed our home for sale that weekend. Our town home sold this past Monday and Tuesday we went out looking at homes. When we walked in this one we knew it was the one. So we put in an offer that night, finalized counter-offers yesterday, and tomorrow (Saturday) is the inspection. Whew! So we close on both sales August 1st and move the 1st and 2nd. We are excited! This house is at the top of a cul-de-sac and is near parks and walking trails. The backyard is awesome, the raised beds have strawberries in one and tomatoes in the other. Our boys are very excited to move into their bigger house.
