Heidi's week

                   She got to start ballet again, we walked over with her best little friend Sophie. 

                         And Wednesday was finally her first day of preschool.  She loves it!

 and Heidi counting down until the 12th when she finally gets to start preschool

The kids were ready extra early and very excited for school - so we walked

Our traditional nice family dinner and back to school cake.  This year I went with an easy one... a piece of notebook paper.  They loved it!

One more summer post

 Jetty Island again, this time with friends.  We got there and the tide was way out

 If you look close you'll find all 6 kids

 Our sandcastle got covered, it was fun watching the tide come in!

Colt earned his brown belt and moved to the advanced class

More August

 We went to a Mariner's Game

 Heidi practiced her ballet  in the kid's play area

 Colt loved it and we loved that they were free tickets from work, we even got to invite Uncle Tim and Dan with his fiancee Ali.

 Then it was "The Wedding" - open house at my parent's home

 And probably the highlight for the kids - riding in the golf cart from the luncheon to the reception

 The reception was in Ali's parent's backyard - beautiful!

 I caught Colt washing his face in this fountain...more than once...good thing it was pretty hidden

Catch-Up Again

It's been a fun summer, we have one more week, but here's what we were doing earlier this month:

Forest Park and their free petting zoo 

Forest Park also has a great sprinkler park - it was cloudy and cold but my kids didn't care 

Skyler got 2 weeks of free taekwondo when we bought Colt a new uniform

 Swimming lessons came to an end, and everyone passed their class!

Heading to Jetty Island 

The girls were very quiet so I went to check...and they had set up a cute tea party 

Ice cream!  I let everyone pick their own - Skyler picked rocky road 

 Colt had peanut butter cup

And Heidi wanted pink - so she got a raspberry sorbet

Summer - Catch Up

We've been busy - it's been a great summer so far, and it's been going fast!  So this blog is behind, but here's some pictures from July:

We spent a day at Grandma and Grandpa's house
